As office manager for Health in Motion Physical Therapy + Wellness I tried SHP to gain first-hand knowledge and understanding of how it worked. At first I followed the protocol with a 3x a week training and reaped the benefits of extra energy and better sleep.


The best part was when I'd get home from work I actually had energy to mom! Instead of just going through the steps of feeding my toddler and putting her to bed, I actually had energy to play and get chores done!


Having drifted away a bit from the consistent training, I notice even more how impactful it was. My brain is more clear and my energy more steady when I make time for SHP.


Also, for those considering trying it, I say go for it but don't skip the EWOT! It's my favorite part!

Three years ago, I started with SHP as part of my post-concussion rehab to regain energy and cognitive function.


I typically do the SHP each weekday morning before starting my day and feel "Superhuman" for about 2 hours afterward. I can think more clearly and function more efficiently. Whether that be typing emails or taking a shower everything goes faster for me.


I would recommend everyone commit to trying the SHP 3-5x per week for 1-3 months. It is the highest leverage biohacking and trade on time I have found.


Before my concussion, when I would lift weights or exercise I did it from the intellectual perspective of knowing that it was good for me and therefore I should make the time to prioritize my health. With the SHP I look forward to Monday mornings. While I have taken various 3-6 months breaks to see if my gains held without it, I am happy to report that I have completed over 300 SHP sessions in the last 3 years and am very happy with the trade on time and money!

Back issues are what drew me in to try the PEMF mat and red light bed. I don't like invasive procedures and was curious about this more natural method of treatment. I started with 2-3 times a week and noticed a change immediately. My pain and inflammation diminished. I felt total body improvement.


My mood improved as well. I felt more centered, balanced, relaxed and energized. It was wonderful!!


Then I had a concussion... and another. Life went topsy turvy and I took a break from many things, SHP included. I am currently in the process of returning to the PEMF mat and light bed and regaining my strength and vitality.

I started using the PEMF mat the red light bed last summer to support my recovery from a sprained ankle and subsequent plantar fasciitis and tendinitis. The complementary treatments helped tremendously with the reduction of inflammation and pain and, I believe, allowed me to pack extra mileage into my summer adventures. 


This spring I wanted to experience the full SHP, including the EWOT, so for the month of May I followed the recommended 3x week protocol. I feel the EWOT, combined with my Low Pressure Fitness training, helps me breathe more efficiently and tire less quickly on spring hikes with vertical mileage.


Also, last week's newsletter explaining the science behind the protocol was helpful for my brain to grasp what my body already knows and is experiencing.

As a DPT at Health in Motion Physical Therapy + Wellness and an athlete, I wanted to know how SHP felt and if it resulted in obvious benefits. To find out, I tried it once a week for four weeks.


I loved it! How the PEMF mat effected my cells/nervous system, how the O2 elevated my mood, and how the light bed dropped me into a deep meditation.


It also improved my endurance climbing. I was training for a climbing trip all of April. SHP was an obvious add to my resistance to fatigue. And I was able to exercise while I was dealing with a soft tissue ankle injury that prevented me from running and hiking. It helped directly with my healing and my mood and my performance.


I would 100% recommend SHP!
