As office manager for Health in Motion Physical Therapy + Wellness I tried SHP to gain first-hand knowledge and understanding of how it worked. At first I followed the protocol with a 3x a week training and reaped the benefits of extra energy and better sleep.
The best part was when I'd get home from work I actually had energy to mom! Instead of just going through the steps of feeding my toddler and putting her to bed, I actually had energy to play and get chores done!
Having drifted away a bit from the consistent training, I notice even more how impactful it was. My brain is more clear and my energy more steady when I make time for SHP.
Also, for those considering trying it, I say go for it but don't skip the EWOT! It's my favorite part! |
